Absolute dirtbag dealer. They promise things to get you to buy the car and then they cut corners when it comes time to do them. They'll offer just enough so that there's plausible deniability to regulators but not enough to actually do things properly. They tried to tell me they could fix a dent that had cracked to bare, rusted metal using pdr and touchup paint. PDR is explicitly discouraged by the industry when paint is compromised and slapping primer and paint over rust is concealment, not a repair. Additionally, I negotiated for a standard timing belt preventative service at cost. They tried to gouge me at full retail AND didn't include the tensioner. The general manager Robert McAuliffe lied and said the parts were all bundled in the invoice and that's why I didn't see the tensioner, but the invoice clearly lists lines for the water pump and the timing belt with prices matching parts websites. Why wouldn't the significantly more expensive tensioner be included if parts are clearly being itemized? Did they decide to eat the cost out of the goodness of their hearts? STAY AWAY, go literally anywhere else for a car.
