I first came to Grieco after they took over my purchase agreement from Courtesy Hyundai years ago, and two years ago I responded to a promotion to test drive a new vehicle. I loved my Elantra GT though and wasn't ready to part with it. However, Donny, the salesman who assisted me was personable and respectful, he didn't pressure me, and he had an answer for every question I had. More than that, it was clear Donny is actually a good man. During the test drive and the paperwork we did do, Donny spoke with pride of the hardworking family he came from and had a smile throughout out entire interaction. He was able to put me at ease over a big decision, reached out a few days later to check in, and told me to keep his number. Yesterday was unfortunately the day the Elantra GT finally called it quits, and there was never a question of who I would be reaching out to. I texted Donny and within minutes he had a plan in place for my vehicle to be looked at and for us to discuss the potential of a trade-in/lease agreement. Donny brought out bottles of water for us while we discussed our options. Just as it was two years ago, he was everything you'd want in a salesman; receptive and informative, he didn't pressure me one bit, and he found me the best deal possible. His love for his family is what I noticed the most - he loves sharing stories about them and it's clear he was raised in a great family. The Grieco building was clean, it was even being cleaned while I was here. I spoke with some of the other sales staff members while there and they were quick to answer my questions and knowledgeable.
